Getting Started With Kombucha

Kombucha is a delicious, effervescent tea that you can make at home for pennies on the dollar compared to store-bought products!

Unlike commercial soft drinks and juices which are expensive and harmful to your health, this cultured soda provides your body with friendly bacteria to support immunity and digestion for overall wellness.

Heal Your Gut With Food classes,  Saturday May 2nd & Saturday May 9th, 2015,

Time: 1- 4:30 p.m.

Location: 406 W. Iowa Street, Boise, ID 83706 (private residence)

In this class, discover why and how healing foods can repair gut damage and resolve chronic health issues. Participants will take home 3-4 samples of foods we will prepare as well as be provided access to additional resources to help you achieve success on your healing path.

Some of the guiding principles this of class are based on the information found in Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride’s book, Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS).  Although not mandatory, reading this book will enhance your learning experience in this class.

Choose from one of 2 available classes to learn how and why to make healing foods for improved gut and overall health. If less than 6 participants sign up, I will combine classes. 

Each class is independent. In each class, we will discuss GAPS, a healing protocol, but it will not be as in-depth as the GAPS two-part session workshop I am offering in February (see Past Events below the description for this class).

GAPS Workshop, February 21st and 28th, 2015, 1:30 – 4 p.m.

Learn why and how healing foods can repair gut damage and resolve chronic health issues with this informative workshop. As a participant, you will take home samples of foods we will prepare, as well as have access to additional resources to help you achieve success on your healing path.

The principles of this workshop are based on the information found in Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride’s book, Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS).  Although it is not mandatory to read, your understanding of the content in this book will enhance your workshop experience.

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is COMPRISED OF TWO SESSIONS happening Saturday February 21st and 28th.

Fee: $60 for both sessions.
